Tour Booking Refunds
Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel your tour booking, the following refund terms apply:
More than 30 days before the tour departure: Full refund minus a processing fee of 10% of the total booking amount.
Between 15 to 30 days before the tour departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Less than 15 days before the tour departure: No refund will be issued.
Cancellation by Asia Impressions LLC
If we are forced to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or other situations outside our control, you will receive a full refund of your booking amount.
If an alternative tour is available, we will offer the option to transfer your booking to the new tour date or itinerary.
Tour Modifications
If you request modifications to your booking (e.g., changing dates or altering tour details), a fee may apply depending on the nature of the changes. We will inform you of any additional costs before confirming changes.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed after confirmation of cancellation.
